The AD7323 is a 4-channel, 12-bit signed bit successive approximation ADC. The ADC is equipped with a high-speed serial interface with throughput up to 500 kSPS.

The AD7323 can input true bipolar analog signals and has four software-selectable input ranges: ±10V, ±5V, ±2.5V, and 0 to 10V. Each analog input channel is independently programmable and can be set to one of four input ranges.

The analog input channels in the AD7323 can be programmed to single-ended, true differential, or pseudo-differential modes.

The AD7323 has an internal 2.5V reference voltage or an external reference. If a 3V reference is applied to the REFIN/OUT pin, the AD7323 accepts ± 12V true bipolar analog input. For the ±12V input range, a minimum ±12V V is requiredDD and VSS Power supply.
