    AD780是一款超高精度带隙Voltage reference,可以利用4.0 V至36 V的输入提供2.5 V或3.0 V输出。它具有低初始误差、低温度漂移和低输出噪声,并能驱动任意大小的电容,因此非常适合用于增强高分辨率ADC和DAC的性能,以及任何通用精密基准电压源应用。独特的低裕量设计有助于利用5.0 V ± 10%输入提供3.0 V输出,从而使ADC的动态范围提升20%,其性能优于现有2.5 V基准电压源。

    AD780可以用来提供最高10 mA的源电流或吸电流,并且可以在串联或分流模式下工作,无需外部器件便可提供正或负输出电压,因此适合几乎所有的高性能基准电压源应用。与某些竞争产品不同,AD780没有“可能不稳定区域”。当电源端使用一个1 µF旁路电容时,该器件可以在所有负载条件下保持稳定。

    AD780提供一个温度输出引脚。该引脚提供的输出电压随温度呈线性变化,因此AD780可以配置为温度传感器,同时提供稳定的2.5 V或3.0 V输出。

    AD780是LT1019(A)-2.5和AD680的引脚兼容、性能升级器件。后者适合低功耗应用。

    AD780分为两级,提供塑封DIP、SOIC和CERDIP封装。AD780AN、AD780AR、AD780BN和AD780BR的额定工作温度范围为-40°C至+85°C,AD780SQ和AD780SQ/883B则为-55°C至+125°C。
