AD9963XCPZ 10/12-bit, low power, wideband MxFE

The AD9961/AD9963 are pin-compatible 10/12-bit low power MxFE converters® that provide two ADC channels with a sample rate of 100 MSPS and two DAC channels with a sample rate of 170 MSPS. These converters are optimized for transmit and receive signal paths for communication systems that require low power consumption and low cost.Digital interfaceProvides flexible clock options. The transmit path can be configured for interpolation of 1×, 2×, 4× and 8 ×. The receive path has a bypassable 2×decimation low-pass filter.

The AD9961 and AD9963 have five auxiliary analog channels. Three channels are inputs to a 12-bit ADC. By enabling the 10-bit DAC, two of the inputs can be configured as outputs. The other two channels are dedicated outputs to two independent 12-bit DACs.

The AD9961/AD9963 feature highly integrated functionality, small size, and low power consumption, making them ideal for portable and low power applications.
