ADC121S655 is a 12-bit, 200 ksps 500 ksps sample-to-digital (A/D converter) converter with fully differential high-impedance analog input and an external reference. From 1.0V to V, the corresponding A-score 4096 resolution ranges from 244μV to V, and the reference voltage can vary widely.

The output serial data is binary 2's complement and compatible with several standard SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and many general-purpose DSP serial interfaces. With differential input, low power consumption, and compact size, sensors are ideal for directly connecting to ADC121S655 in battery-powered systems or remote data acquisition applications.

Powered by a single 5V power supply, when operating at a current of 500 kps, the typical power supply is 1.8 mA. When the power supply current drops to 0.3μA, a typical ADC121S655 enters power-off mode. ADC121S655 MSOP - 8 packages. Operation guarantees clock speeds from -40°C to +105°C in industrial temperatures and 3.2 MHz to 8 MHz.
