  • Product details

    The ADE7912/ADE7913 are isolated, 3-channel sigma-delta ADCs that can be used in applications such as shunt-based three-phase meters, power quality monitoring, solar inverters, process monitoring, and protection devices. Data and power isolation are used by Analog DevicesiCoupler® technology. The ADE7912 contains two 24-bit ADCs, while the ADE7913 integrates three ADCs. A current ADC provides 67 dB of signal-to-noise over a 3 kHz signal bandwidth, while a voltage ADC provides 72 dB of signal-to-noise over the same bandwidth. One of the channels is dedicated to measuring the voltage of the shunt when it is used for current sensing. Up to two additional channels are dedicated to measuring voltage, typically using a resistor divider to sense the voltage. A voltage channel can be used to measure the die temperature, using internal measurementssensor。 The ADE7913 provides three channels: one current channel and two voltage channels.
