The ADP220 is available in a miniature 6-ball WLCSP package that requires only a very small 1uF ± 30% ceramic output capacitor for stable operation, enabling a wide range of mobile power supplies with minimal board area. The ADP220 offers multiple output voltage combinations, from 0.8V to 3.3V, and provides overcurrent and thermal protection against damage in these conditions.
