ADP7142 16 fixed output voltage options are available. Each fixed output voltage can be adjusted above the initial set point via an external feedback divider. This allows ADP7142 to deliver an output voltage of 1.2 V to VOUT – VDO with high PSRR and low noise.
Table 1 lists the 16 standard output voltages for ADP7142. Values in bold indicate that they are in stock, and all remaining options are available on demand.
The LFCSP and SOIC packages support user-programmable soft-start via external capacitors.
ADP7142 regulator output noise of 11 μVrms, independent of fixed option output voltages of 5 V and below. Available in 6-pin, 2 mm× and 2 mm LFCSP packages, ADP7142 are extremely compact and provide excellent thermal performance for thin, small form factor applications requiring up to 200 mA output current. ADP7142 is also available in a 5-pin TSOT package and an 8-pin SOIC package.
