  • Product details

    ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 are 10.0 V, 5.0 V, 2.5 V, and 3.0 V precision bandgap, respectivelyVoltage reference, with high precision, high stability and low power consumption. These devices are available in small 5-pin SC70 and TSOT packages, as well as 8-pin SOIC packages. The SOIC packages for the ADR01, ADR02, and ADR03 are drop-in replacements for the industry standard voltage references, REF01, REF02, and REF031 。 The small size and wide operating voltage range of the ADR0x family of voltage references make them ideal for general-purpose and space-constrained applications.

    Using an external buffer and a simple resistor network, the TEMP pin can be used for temperature sensing and estimation. These devices also provide a TRIM pin for precise output voltage adjustment.

    The ADR01, ADR02, ADR03, and ADR06 are compact, low drift references that provide extremely stable output voltages over a wide operating voltage range. These devices are available in 5-pin SC70 and TSOT packages, and 8-pin SOIC packages are available in grades A, B, and C. All devices are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.

The SOIC packages of the ADR01/ADR02/ADR03 are pin-compatible with the 8-pin SOIC packages of the REF01/REF02/REF03, respectively, and also provide temperature monitoring.
