Product Details:

The ADR293 is a low-noise, low-power, precision voltage reference that uses an XFET® (Applied Ion Implantation Field Effect Tube) reference circuit. The XFET architecture offers significant performance improvements compared to traditional bandgap and embedded Zener diode references. Specifically, when the working current is the same, the voltage noise output is only 1/4 of the bandgap reference voltage source; extremely low ultralinear temperature drift; low thermal hysteresis characteristics; and excellent long-term stability.

The ADR293 series reference provides a stable and accurate output voltage using a 6.0 V supply. The maximum quiescent current is only 15μA, making the device ideal for battery-powered instrumentation. The ADR293 is available in three electrical grades with an initial output accuracy of ±3 mV, ±6 mV, and ±10 mV. The temperature coefficients of the three grades are 8 ppm/°C, 15 ppm/°C, and 25 ppm/°C (maximum), respectively. Voltage regulation and load regulation of 30 ppm/V and 30 ppm/mA (typical) respectively help maintain the overall high performance level of the reference voltage source.

The ADR293 is rated for an extended industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C and is available in 8-pin SOIC and 8-pin TSSOP packages.
