Product details

The HMC190BMS8(E) is oneLow-cost SPDT switchIt is available in an 8-pin MSOP package. The switch controls signals from DC to 3 GHz. It is particularly suitable for low- to medium-power applications with positive control voltages. The very low DC current required for these two control voltages makes them ideal for battery-powered radio systems in the 0.9, 1.9, and 2.4 GHz frequency ranges. The HMC190BMS8(E) provides excellent +56 dBm third-order intermodulation performance. The design is optimized for small MSOP packages and maintains VSWR performance better than 1.2:1 to 2 GHz. The device is a positive control MSOP8 package version of the HMC239AS8(E) negative control device.
