illustrate
LMS5213 is a μCap, low dropout regulator with a very low quiescent current of 220μA typical at 80 mA load. It also has a very low dropout voltage, typically at light loads and 80 mA of 330mV 20mV.
LMS5213 provides up to 80mA of current and consumes a typical value of 1μA in prohibition mode.
LMS5213 is to optimize work with low value-added, low-cost ceramic capacitors. The output typically requires only a stable output capacitance of 0.47μF. The enable pin can be connected to the V for convenient device layout.
LMS5213 is designed for battery-powered device applications with portable, small space requirements.
LMS5213 is in a 5-pin SC70 package, saving space. Specified performance is a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is available in fixed voltages of 2.8V, 3.0V, and 3.3V. For other output voltage options, contact National Semiconductor.
