illustrate
The LMS5258 is a μCap, accurate CMOS power good output voltage regulator.
It is available with up to 150mA consuming 10nA typical shutdown mode. The LMS5258 output stage is designed with a push-pull output for a faster transient response.
LMS5258 is a ceramic capacitor optimized for operation with low added value and low cost. The output typically requires only 1μF of output capacitance to stabilize. The enable pin can be connected to V for easy device layout.
The LMS5258 is designed for portable, battery-powered device applications with small space requirements.
The LMS5258 is available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package. The specified performance is over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C over a fixed 1.2V. For other output voltage options, contact National Semiconductor.
