The LMV793 (single) and LMV794 (dual) CMOS input operational amplifiers provide low input voltage noise density of 5.8 NV / At the same time, it consumes only 1.15 milliamps (LMV793) of quiescent current. The LMV793/LMV794 are stable with a gain of 10 and have a gain-bandwidth product (GBW) of 88 MHz. The LMV793/LMV794 have a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can be operated from a single supply. Each functional rail-to-rail output stage of the LMV793/LMV794 is capable of driving 600Ω loads and sourcing up to 60 mA.

The LMV793/LMV794 provide the best performance in low voltage and low noise systems. The CMOS input stage, typical input bias current in a few femtosecond amperes range, and input common-mode voltage range, including ground, make the LMV793/LMV794 ideal for applications requiring high speed and low power sensors.

LMV793/LMV794 is manufactured using the national advanced VIP50 process. The LMV793 is available in a 5-pin SOT23 or 8-pin SOIC package. The LMV794 is available as an 8-pin SOIC or an 8-pin MSOP.
