The LMV796/LMV796Q (single) and LMV797 (dual) low noise, CMOS input op amps provide a noise density of 5.8 low input voltage NV/NV/ At the same time, it consumes only 1.15 milliamps (LMV796/LMV796Q) of quiescent current. The LMV796/LMV796Q and LMV797 are unity-gain stable operational amplifiers and have obtained a bandwidth of 17 MHz. The LMV796/LMV796Q/LMV797 have a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can operate from a single supply. Each functional LMV796/LMV796Q/LMV797 rail-to-rail output stage can drive 600 Ω into a 600 Ω load and source up to 60 mA of current capability.

The LMV796/LMV796Q family offers the best performance in low voltage and low noise systems. A CMOS input stage with a typical input range of several femtoAmperes bias currents and input common-mode voltage ranges, including ground, makes the LMV796/LMV796Q and low-power sensor applications ideal for the LMV797.

The LMV796/LMV796Q/LMV797 are advanced VIP50 processes using National Semiconductor. The LMV796/LMV796Q are available in a 5-pin SOT23 package. The LMV797 is available in an 8-pin MSOP package.
