The RH1021-10 is an accurate 10V reference with ultra-low drift and noise, excellent long-term stability, and near-complete immunity to input voltage changes. The reference output will supply and absorb up to 10mA. The reference can also be used as a parallel voltage regulator (two-terminal Zener diode). The unique circuit design makes the RH1021-10 the first IC benchmark to provide extremely low drift without the use of a high-power on-chip heater. Wafer batches are processed using Lingliert's in-house Class S process-to-yield circuitry for use in rigorous military applications.
