description

The RH1021-10 is a precision 10V reference with ultralow drift and noise, excellent long-term stability, and near-complete immunity to input voltage variations. The reference output will source and sink up to 10mA. The reference can also be used as a shunt regulator (two-terminal Zener diode). The unique circuit design makes the RH1021-10 the first IC reference capable of providing very low drift without the use of a high power on-chip heater.

Wafer batches are processed using Linear Technology's in-house Class S process-to-yield circuitry for use in demanding military applications.
