The LTC®2600/LTC2610/LTC2620 is an eight-channel 16-, 14-, and 12-bit, 2.5V to 5.5V rail-to-rail output DAC in a 16-pin narrow-body SSOP package and a 20-pin 4mm x 5mm QFN package. They have built-in high-performance output buffers and are guaranteed to be monotonous.

These devices set new benchmarks for board density for 16-bit and 14-bit DACs, as well as high-performance standards for output drive, crosstalk, and load regulation in single-supply, multi-voltage output applications.

The device uses a simple SPI / MICROWIRE compatible three-wire serial interface that operates at clock frequencies up to 50MHz. They have daisy-chaining capabilities and a hardware CLR capability. 　　

LTC2600/LTC2610/LTC2620 uses a power-up reset circuit. During power-up, the voltage output rises to less than 10mV above zero scale; After power-up, the voltage output remains at zero scale until a valid write and update operation occurs.
