MPVZ5004G6T1 0 to 3.92 kPa integrated silicon pressure sensor, temperature compensated and calibrated

The MPxx5004 family (MPXV5004G and MPVZ5004G series) is the latest monolithic silicon pressure sensor. The sensor combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin film metallization, and bipolar processes to provide an accurate high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.
