Die piezoresistiven Sensoren der Serie MP3V5010 sind die neuesten monolithischen Silizium-Drucksensoren, die in einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen eingesetzt werden können, insbesondere in solchen, die Mikrocontroller oder Mikroprozessoren mit A/D-Eingängen verwenden. Durch die Kombination von fortschrittlicher Mikrobearbeitungstechnologie, Dünnschichtmetallisierung und bipolaren Prozessen liefert der Sensor ein genaues, analoges Ausgangssignal mit hohem Pegel, das proportional zum gemessenen Druck ist.
