MPXA4115A6U: -115 to 0 kPa and 15 to 115 kPa integrated silicon pressure sensor, temperature compensated and calibrated

 

The MPxx4115 family (MPX4115A/MPXA4115A, MPXAZ4115A, and MPXV4115V series) integrates on-chip technology, bipolar op-amp circuitry, and a network of thin-film resistors to provide high output signals and temperature compensation. With their small size and high reliability of on-chip integration, Freescale Semiconductor pressure sensors are a reasonable and economical choice for system designers.

The MPxx4115 family is the latest monolithic, signal-conditioned, silicon pressure sensor. The sensors combine advanced micromachining techniques, thin film metallization, and bipolar semiconductor processes to provide an accurate high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.
