The MPxx6250 family (MPXH6250A and MPXHZ6250A Series) integrates a bipolar op amp circuit and a thin-film resistor network on-chip to provide high-level output signals and temperature compensation. The miniaturization and high reliability of on-chip integration make Freescale sensors the most economical and ideal choice for automotive system designers.

The MPxx6250 series sensors are the latest monolithic silicon pressure sensors with signal conditioning. The sensor combines advanced micromachining technology, thin-film metallization, and bipolar semiconductor processes to provide an accurate, high-level analog output signal proportional to the pressure being measured.
