Freescale's MPXHZ6115A family of sensors integrates a bipolar op amp circuit and a thin-film resistor network to provide high output signals and temperature compensation. The sensor package is resistant to high humidity conditions and general automotive media. With their small size and high on-chip reliability, Freescale pressure sensors are a reasonable, economical choice for automotive system designers. The MPXHZ6115A series piezoresistive transducers are advanced, signal-conditioned semiconductor monolithic pressure sensors. The sensor combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin-film metal-applied methods, and bipolar semiconductor processing to provide an accurate, advanced analog output signal proportional to the applied pressure.
