Der OPA320 (Single) und der OPA2320 (Dual) sind Präzisions-Niederspannungs-CMOS der nächsten Generation, die für geringes Rauschen und hohe Bandbreite optimiert sind und gleichzeitig den niedrigen Ruhestrom des Operationsverstärkers von nur 1,45 mA betreiben.

Die OPA320-Serie ist ideal für Anwendungen mit geringem Stromverbrauch und Einzelversorgung. Geringes Rauschen (7nV)/√Hz）und Hochgeschwindigkeitsbetrieb machen sie auch gut geeignet für die Ansteuerung von abgetasteten Analog-Digital-Wandlern (ADCs). Weitere Anwendungen sind die Signalaufbereitung und Sensorverstärkung.

Der OPA320 zeichnet sich durch keine Crossover-Verzerrung aus und bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Gleichtaktunterdrückungsverhältnis, typischerweise ein bis vier Dezibel (Gleichtaktunterdrückungsverhältnis) in einer linearen Eingangsstufe über den gesamten Eingangsbereich. Der Gleichtaktbereich des Eingangs geht über die negativen und aggressiven 100-mV-Schienen hinaus.
