The TLV3011 and TLV3012 are low-power, open-drain output comparators. These devices feature an uncommitted on-chip voltage reference, 5 μA (max) quiescent current, a 200 mV rail outside the input common-mode range, and a single supply voltage: an integrated 1.242 - V series reference of 1.8 V to 5.5 V provides low 100 ppm/°C (max) drift, is stable with capacitive loads up to 10 nF, and can deliver up to 0.5 mA of output current (typical).

The TLV3011 and TLV3012 come in a small SOT23-6 day conservative design package. These devices and indicate a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C
