The TLV237x single-supply op amp provides rail-to-rail input and output capability. The TLV237x operates in the extended temperature range of automobiles at the minimum operating supply voltage while adding a rail-to-rail output swing capability of 2.7 V. The TLV237x also offers a bandwidth from only 550 μA to 3 MHz. The recommended maximum supply voltage is 16 volts, which allows the device to operate, from (± 8 V power supply as low as ± 1.35 V) to rechargeable batteries, etc.

Enabling the use of a CMOS input for a high impedance sensor interface with low voltage makes an ideal alternative to TLC227x operation in battery-powered applications. The rail-to-rail input stage further increases its versatility.
