Product Introduction

The TLV238x supplies one op-amp input and output capability to provide rail-to-rail.The minimum TLV238x operating supply voltage is down to a temperature range of 2.7 V, while the extended industrial rail-to-rail output swing adds features.TLV238xμA with 160-kHz bandwidth is also available from only 7.The maximum recommended supply voltage is 16 V which allows the device to operate (±8 V supply from bottom to ±1.35 V) with two rechargeable batteries.

The combination of rail-to-rail inputs and outputs is a good upgrade to greater bandwidth family-offering the TLC27Lx at lower quiescent currents.The offset voltage is lower than the TLC27LxA variant.

The TLV2381/2 of the cost-effective maintenance is only possible in extended industrial temperature ranges.
