The TMP175 and TMP75 are two-wire, serial output temperature sensors available in SO-8 and MSOP-8 packages. With no external components, the TMP175 and TMP75 are readable with a temperature resolution of 0.0625°C

The TMP175 and TMP75 feature a two-wire interface, SMBus compatible with the TMP175 allowing up to 27 devices on a bus and TMP75 allowing up to 8 devices on one bus. Both the TMP175 and TMP75 are equipped with SMBus alarm function.

The TMP175 and TMP75 are ideal for a wide range of extended temperature measurements in a communications , computer, consumer, environmental, industrial and instrumentation application.

The TMP75 is specified to operate at a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C for TMP175
