Product introduction

Fabricated in the industry-leading BiCom-3x process, the OPA835 and OPA2835 are silicon germanium complementary bipolar (rail-to-rail outputs) that are single and dual ultra-low power, negative rail input voltage feedback operational amplifiers, 2.5V, designed for operation over the single supply voltage range of , ± 1.25V to 5.5V to 2.75V± and featuring 70MHz 250μA. These amplifiers consume only one channel per channel, setting an industry-leading power-to-performance ratio for rail-to-rail amplifiers with a gain-per-gain bandwidth.

The low power consumption and high frequency performance of OPA2835 for battery-powered portable applications where power consumption is a critical and important metric provides designers with performance not available with other devices, the OPA835.
