The first member of the "Transparency International" new BiMOS general-purpose operational amplifier TLC07x family.The home concept of BiMOS is simple: provide an upgrade path to move users away from dual power supplies to single-supply systems and require higher AC and DC performance.From 4.5 V with a performance ranking of 16 V (0°C in commercial 70°C) and extended industrial temperature range (-40°C to 125°C), BiMOS is suitable for a wide range of audio, automotive, industrial and instrumentation applications.Familiar features such as offset array antenna pins, new features like MSOP™PowerPAD wrap and shutdown mode enable a high level of performance in a variety of applications.

Developed in the process of titanium's patented LBC3 BiCMOS, the new BiMOS amplifier combined with a very high input impedance low noise CMOS front end has a high-drive dual output stage, thus providing the best performance characteristics, both.
