TLV320AIC3256 Ultra-low-power stereo codec with miniDSP and DirectPath(TM) headphone amplifier
illustrate
The TLV320AIC3256 (sometimes referred to as AIC3256) is a flexible, low-power, low-voltage programmable stereo input and output, PowerTune capability, fully programmable miniDSP, fixed predefined signal processing modules and parameterized audio codecs, integrated PLLs, and flexible digital interfaces.
The TLV320AIC3256 features two fully programmable miniDSP cores that support recording and/or device playpath algorithms in specific applications. The miniDSP kernel is fully software-controlled. Target miniDSP algorithms such as active noise cancellation, echo cancellation, or advanced DSP filtering after loading the device after powering up.
A wide range of register-based power supplies, input/output channel configurations, benefits, impacts, pin multiplexing, and clock control are included, allowing the device to be precisely positioned to its application.
