Product Introduction

THS4051 and THS4052 are general-purpose, single/dual-channel, high-speed voltage feedback amplifiers for a wide range of applications, including video, communication, and imaging. The devices provide very good AC performance with 70 MHz bandwidth, 240-V/us slew rate, and 60-ns settling time (0.1%). The THS4051/2 is available in both gain-stable and non-inverted configurations. These amplifiers have a high output 100 mA drive capability and are formulated to provide only 8.5 mA of current per channel. Excellent professional video results with low differential gain/0.01%/0.01°, flat phase error of 0.1 dB wide and 30 MHz. For applications requiring low distortion, THS4051/2 is ideal for -82 dBc with a total harmonic distortion of 1 MHz.
