The TLV61225 is a single-cell high-efficiency boost converter in a 6-pin SC-70 package

The TLV61225 provides a power solution for products powered by a single cell or two alkaline or nickel-metal hydride batteries, or a single lithium primary battery. The possible output currents depend on the ratio of input to output voltage. The boost converter is based on a hysteresis controller using synchronous rectification to obtain the lowest quiescent current efficiency topology. The output voltage of the device is set to an internally fixed output voltage of 3.3 V, and the converter is switchable by a characteristic enable pin. And turned off, battery consumption is minimized. The device measures 2 mm × 2 mm in a 6-pin SC-70 package (DCK), enabling the size of a small circuit layout.
