illustrate   The TPS60150 is a switching capacitive-voltage converter that produces a regulated, low-noise, low-ripple output voltage from an unregulated input voltage (5V). The 5V output is available in a small 2X2 QFN package, with the lowest currently being 140mA. TPS60150 works in pulse jumping mode, when the load current conditions are below 8 milliamps. Operation in pulse skip mode, quiescent current drops to 90μA. Only 3 external capacitors can generate the output voltage, thus saving PCB space.
