Product introduction

The THS3201 is a wideband, high-speed current feedback amplifier designed to operate in today's high-performance applications with a wide supply voltage range of ± 3.3 V and a ± 7.5 V.

The combination of wide voltage range, low distortion and high slew rate makes it ideal for arbitrary waveform ideal THS3201 driver applications. This distortion performance also enables driving with high resolution and high sampling rate ADCs.

High voltage operation capabilties make THS3201, especially for many test, measurement and ATE applications in low voltage equipment that do not provide adequate voltage swing capabilty suitable. The output rise and fall times are almost independent of the step size (first-order approximation), making the THS3201 ideal for small buffering with excellent linear large step pulses in high power systems.
