The TLV3011 is a low power, open-drain output comparator; The TLV3012 is a push-pull output comparator. On-chip voltage references are not submitted for these two functions. Both have 5μA (max) quiescent current, an input common-mode range of 200mV beyond the rails, and a single supply operates from 1.8V to 5.5V. The integrated 1.242V voltage reference family provides low 100ppm/°C (max) drift, is capacitive load stable up to 10nF, and can deliver up to 0.5mA (typical) of output current.

The TLV3011 and TLV3012 are available in most space-conservative design options in small SOT23-6. It also saves the SC70 package by providing greater board area. Both versions are specified as -40°C with a temperature range of 125°C
