The TPS6050x device is a family of step-down charge pump generators that generate a specification, fixed 3.3 volts, 1.8 volts, 1.5 volts, or adjustable output voltages. With only four small ceramic capacitors, a complete high efficiency DC/DC charge pump converter is required. To achieve high efficiency over a wide input voltage range, the charge pump automatically selects three different conversion modes. The output can provide a maximum output current of 250 mA. When the output voltage and high level of the good power supervision function are high, the output voltage rises to 97% of its nominal value.
