Der NA138 und der INA168 sind unipolare High-Side-Strom-Shunt-Monitore.Eine breite Gleichtakt-Eingangsspannung, ein niedriger elektrostatischer Strom und ein winziges SOT23-Gehäuse ermöglichen den Einsatz in einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen.

Die Gleichtakt-Eingangs- und Versorgungsspannung sind unabhängig und können von 2,7 V bis INA138, 2,7 V bis 36 V und INA168 bis 60 V reichen.Derzeit sind nur 25 μA stationär, was den Anschluss der Stromversorgung an beide Seiten des Strommess-Shunts mit minimalem Fehler ermöglicht.
