Product introduction

The INA138 and INA168 are high-side, unipolar, current-shunt monitors.With wide common-mode input voltage, low quiescent current and SOT23, tiny TSSOP packages enable use in a variety of applications.

The common-mode input and supply voltages are independent and can range from INA138 to 36 V at 2.7 V and INA168 V from 2.7 V to 60.Currently only 25μA is stationary, which allows the current measurement shunt to be connected to either side with minimal error.

The device outputs differential input voltages and currents.This is converted into a current voltage set in an external load resistor to gain anything from 1 to 100 bits.Although designed for current shunt measurements, creative application circuits invite metering and level changes.
