Product introduction

The INA138 and INA168 are high-side, unipolar, current-shunt monitors.Wide common-mode input voltage, low electrostatic current, and tiny SOT23 packaging enable use in a variety of applications.

The common-mode input and supply voltage are independent and can range from 2.7V to INA138, 2.7V to 36V, and INA168 to 60V.Currently only 25μA is stationary, which allows connecting the power supply to either side of the current measurement shunt with minimal error.

The device outputs differential input voltages and currents.This is converted into a current voltage set in an external load resistor to gain anything from 1 to 100 bits.Although designed for current shunt measurements, creative application circuits invite metering and level changes.
