Product introduction

The INA139 and INA169 are high-side, unipolar, current shunt monitors.With a wide common-mode input voltage range, high speed, low quiescent current, the tiny SOT23 package enables use in a variety of applications.

The common-mode input and supply voltage are independent and can range from 2.7V for the INA139 to 40V for 60V for 2.7V, INA169.Currently only 60μA is stationary, which allows the current measurement shunt to be connected to either side with minimal error.

The device outputs differential input voltages and currents.This is converted into a current voltage set in an external load resistor to gain anything from 1 to 100 bits.Although designed for current shunt measurements, creative application circuits invite metering and level changes.
