Product introduction

The INA270 with output current and voltage shunt monitoring in the INA271 family can feel the drop in current shunt from -16V to +80 V, independent supply voltage in common-mode voltage. The pins of the INA270 and INA271 enable filtering at any time.

The output voltages of the INA270 and INA271 are available in two sizes: 14V/V and 20V/V The 130kHz bandwidth simplifies the use of current control loops.

The INA270 operates with the INA271 from a single +2.7 V to +18 V supply, drawing a maximum supply current of 900 μA. They are operating in an extended operating range of -40°C to +125°C and are available in SO-8 packages.
