This is a two-wire TMP106, serial output temperature sensor that can be wrapped in a WCSP.Without the capability of external components, the TMP106 has a resolution reading temperature of 0.0625°C.

This TMP106 feature line interface, the TMP106 SMBus-compatible, allows up to two devices on a bus.The TMP106 from SMBus is also characterized by its alarm function.

For expansion the TMP106 is ideal for temperature measurement in different communications, computer, consumer, environmental, industrial, and instrumentation applications.
