The DS90LV011A is optimized for high data rate and low power applications as a single LVDS driver. The DS90LV011A is a current-mode driver that allows power consumption to be maintained even at high frequencies and low frequencies. In addition, short-circuit currents are minimized. The purpose of this device is to support excess data rates at 400Mbps (200MHz) utilizing Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) technology.
The device is available in a small 5-pin outline transistor package. LVDS outputs have been arranged for easy PCB layout. The differential driver output provides its typical low output swing of 350 mV and low EMI. The DS90LV011A can be paired with its companion one-line receiver, DS90LV012A or any activity with a national LVDS receiver, providing a high-speed LVDS interface
