The DS90LV049 is a dual CMOS flow-through differential line driver designed for applications requiring ultra-low power consumption, excellent noise rejection, and high data throughput. The device is designed to support a data rate of 400 Mbps that leverages the excess of Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) technology.
The driver accepts the LVTTL/LVCMOS signals of the DS90LV049 and translates them into LVDS signals. The receiver, on the other hand, receives LVDS signals and translates them to a CMOS signal of 3 V. LVDS input buffers have an internally fault-protected floating bias receiver input that outputs to a known H (high) state. In addition, the DS90LV049 supports a low-power idle state tristate function when the device is not in use.
The EN and EN# inputs are together to control the three-state output. The concession was used at all four gates.
