The AD4C333 consists of two isolated relays, one normally open and one normally closed. Each relay has a bidirectional, single-pole, single-throw contact. The corresponding pair is completely independent, each containing an LED driver that activates an integrated circuit and thus drives a pair of DMOS transistors. These transistors are protected with freewheeling diodes that can handle inrush currents up to 1.5A, making lamps ideal for switching relays and highly inductive loads.
