illustrate
The M261 is a bidirectional, single-pole, single-throw, normally open solid state relay. It offers low on-resistance and a load current rating in an ultra-small 4-pin SOP package. The relay is photocoupled from an infrared LED to an IC to drive two back-to-back DMOS transistor reinforced aluminum gallium arsenide.
