The TDM3023 is a random phase TRIAC driver. Its circuit is composed of an LED GaAs optically coupled to a random phase TRIAC driver chip. The TDM3023 provides high input-to-output isolation in a miniature 4-pin SOP package. It is designed to drive high power triacs. Typical applications include components and devices for logic level interfaces to control signals, and resistive and inductive load control lines powering 220V AC 110VAC.
