illustrate
The LM4850 is an audio amplifier that provides continuous average power into mono 4 with the capability of 1.5W (typical). The bridge connection load is 1% THD + N or 95mW continuous average power per channel (BTL) for stereo 32 Single-ended (SE) load, 1% THD+N, using a 5V supply.
The LM4850 automatically switches between mono BTL and stereo headphone SE modes, utilizing needle feel. This is ideal for any system that offers a mono speaker output and a stereo headphone output line
Boomer audio power amplifiers are designed to provide high quality output power with a small number of external components. Since the LM4850 does not require a start-up capacitor or buffer network, it is ideal for low-power portable systems.
The LM4850 adopts external control, micro-consumption shutdown mode and overheating shutdown protection function. The gain of the unity-gain stabilized LM4850 is set by an external gain-setting resistor
