The LM8364 family of micro-undervoltage detection circuits can be used in battery-powered microprocessor-based systems where extending battery life is a critical requirement.

A threshold voltage range from 2.0V to 4.5V with an active-low open-drain output. These devices have a very low quiescent current of typically 0.65μA. The LM8364 series features a highly accurate voltage reference with precise thresholds and built-in hysteresis to prevent extremely low standby current unstable reset operation and guarantee reset operation up to 1.0V. compare
