Ultra-low power, low input leakage current is the hallmark of the LMC6044. Delivering only 2 fA of typical input current, the LMC6044 can operate from a single supply, with output swing extending to each rail, and input voltage range, including ground.
The LMC6044 is ideal for systems requiring ultra-low power consumption. In addition, insensitive latch-off, a high-output driver that eliminates the need for an external pull-up resistor, swings the output ideal for single-supply battery-powered systems.
Other applications for the LMC6044 include barcode reader amplifiers, magnetic and electric field detectors, handheld electrometers.
