The LMV641 is a low power, high bandwidth op amp with an extended supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V.

It has a stable 10 MHz gain-bandwidth product that unites in a typical supply of 138 μA current gain. Other major specifications are 105 dB PSRR and CMRR is 120 dB, V_OStarget 500μV Input reference voltage noise of 14 NV / and total harmonic distortion of 0.002%. The amplifier has a rail-to-rail output stage, and a common-mode input voltage, including a negative supply.

The LMV641 exceeds the operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and saves board space in 5-pin SC70 and 8-pin SOIC packages.
